Disastrous customer service at the workshop. Lack of attention and sympathy. I had a breakdown in my vehicle a few days before the end of the warranty and at the same time they sent me a letter stating that there was a fault and the vehicle had to be inspected. I call to make an appointment. They give me an appointment days after the guarantee has passed. It turns out that on the day of the appointment I told them about the failure and they told me that that was the reason for the letter they had sent me, I say great and they are supposed to resolve it for me. A week later I get the breakdown error again and I take it to them and they tell me that the breakdown is going to cost me almost €270 and that since it's only been a few days since the warranty has expired, they're only charging me €70. This after leaving the vehicle there, having me wait and having to leave without fixing it. And tired of calling day after day without them answering the phone, I have to show up and they tell me to come back another day. Finally, one day it was fixed and with a very bad face and very little attention they handed me the vehicle without any explanation. Disastrous and not very close and understandable treatment with the client.

I bought a 2008 Puretech 1.2 3 cylinder and it was hell. The first and last time I bought a Peugeot, a living ruin. Since I took it from the dealer it has had all kinds of problems (antifreeze consumption, oil consumption, engine failure and endless). The last straw was when the car, after several visits to the workshop and them claiming that everything is correct and that the product is like that, the oil exploded through the antifreeze glass, contaminating the entire cooling system and the engine itself. The warranty is real garbage since it doesn't cover anything and if they do it is 50% of the repair. Not a replacement vehicle from this dealership and on top of that if you are aware of the vehicle you are a bore. In short, any user who wants to buy a Peugeot with these characteristics should think twice.

Well, after almost 10 months waiting for my van, I can say little. When it finally arrived 🥳 oh oh oh .. it has arrived without the wooden panels 😤 Now to have to wait again so that one day they call us that they finally arrived.. 💯 Because of the workers who sell you the car, they treated us like family.
